How do I create a listing?

Sellers must complete identity verification before they can list items. Once verified, go to the Sell section, add clear photos, set category and location, add product details, and publish your listing.

Is identity verification required before I can list?

Yes. Identity verification is mandatory for all sellers before creating or publishing any listing on Trade Zone.

What are tokens and promotions?

Tokens are used to boost listing visibility. You can promote items with Spark, Pro, Prime, or Elite tiers for stronger placement in discovery.

Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes. You can update price, photos, and item details from your listing management dashboard.

What is escrow and why should I use it?

Escrow holds the buyer's funds securely and releases payment only after delivery is confirmed, reducing risk for both parties.

How do I browse or buy wholesale products?

Navigate to the Wholesale category from the home screen or filter your search results by selecting Wholesale. You can view bulk tiers, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and chat directly with Trade Zone to place orders.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, our wholesale shopping feature requires a minimum order relative to GHS5,000.00 to checkout.

Are my bulk transactions secure?

Yes. Buyers can stay rest assured as all trades placed directly through Wholesale are managed primarily by Trade Zone Admin. In case of transactional hiccup, Trade Zone will investigate and do the needful.

How many weeks does it take for orders to be delivered to Ghana?

It takes between 4-6 weeks for ordered items to be delivered to Ghana as they are sourced from the UK.
